CHOCOLATE AND HAZELNUT CREAM
– 240 gr of Hazelnuts
– 160 gr of Milk Chocolate
– 50 gr of Cocoa
– 125 gr of Powdered Sugar
– 170 gr of Whole Milk
– 5 gr of Seeds Oil
Put chocolate in a small pot and let it melt in water bath. Meanwhile mince hazelnuts with seeds oil to obtain a uniform dough, it will take 5 minutes. Heat milk and incorporate it with melted chocolate. Mix it and add the chocolate and milk mixture to the hazelnut and oil dough.
Add sugar and cocoa whisking until you obtain a smooth cream.
To preserve the chocolate cream: fill jars, cork them and put them to boil in hot water for at least 10 minutes.
